I cofounded New School Hosting with Chris after he shared with me the success he’d achieved with his own properties. I also own a digital marketing agency that helps brands achieve powerful results online and I bring that expertise to boutique property management. My role at New School Hosting is to oversee our direct booking program, marketing efforts, and property owner invoicing & tax remittance. On a personal level, I am passionate about fitness, clean eating, and playing golf (poorly).

Director of OperationsHi, I’m Amy! I recently retired from a 30 year career teaching math and serving as Director of Technology at several private schools throughout the DC/VA area. I’ve also personally owned vacation properties in North Carolina and South Carolina, and know exactly what it’s like to work with an “Old School” management company! I bring my 20+ years of rental experience to the job, along with a love of technology and a keen attention to detail. I’ve lived in Batesville, VA for the last 22 years with my husband, teenager, and assorted chickens. When I’m not hanging out at amazing vacation rental properties, I enjoy working my way through my vast pile of “To Be Read” books.
